AB DESPACHO is a law and notary office, founded in 1974 by Doctor Jaime Antonio Arias Bojórquez, who received his Doctorate Degree in Jurisprudence and Social Sciences from the University of El Salvador. His graduating thesis dealt with "Society as a Contract and as a Judicial Person”, which received praise and serves now as support in the topics of corporate studies in that University.

His professional activities began in the city of San Salvador, Republic of El Salvador, to which he added those of other prestigious professionals, committed to ethics and justice, which led him to position himself as one of the most prestigious legal offices in El Salvador, oriented to provide comprehensive services, with specializing in all branches of Law, providing practical and effective solutions to all clientel.

Civil law

 It is a branch of law that regulates the non-criminal rights, duties of persons (natural persons and legal persons) and equal legal relations between private individuals


Notary Law

This type of Law involves expertise in a broad spectrum of private law including family law, estate and testamentary law, conveyancing and property law, the law of agency, and contract and company law.


Commercial Law

 Commercial Law is the branch of private law that is responsible for regulating activities between merchants, as well as each of the commercial acts that arise from the dynamics of exchange of goods and services. It is also known as Buisness law or trade law. 


Intellectual Property Rights Law

Intellectual Property is recognized and guaranteed as a fundamental right of people. Intellectual Property law deals with laws to protect and enforce rights of the creators and owners of inventions, writing, music, designs and other works, known as the "intellectual property."



Branch of Law included in the Law of Obligations that regulates the obligation to repair damage caused by people when they behave contrary to the law, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.

The purpose of Civil Law is family legal relationships: marital, parent-child relationships, both in their personal and patrimonial aspects, guardianship and other institutions for the protection of minors and the disabled. 

Involving family relationships such as marriage, adoption, divorce, and child custody, among others.


Banking Law

Banking law is the branch of law that studies the rules that regulate the operation of banks and banking activities and, in general, all financial entities.
