Jaime Antonio Arias Bojorquez. Founder of the Firm in 1974, graduating as a Doctor of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the National University of El Salvador, having written his thesis on "Company as a Contract and as a Legal Entity", receiving praise and serving support in the topics of corporate studies. In his professional career he has been a legal advisor to important national and foreign companies, specializing in Corporate and Company Law, Commercial Law, Maritime Law and Tort Law. He has participated in Central American and Caribbean conferences on Maritime Legislation, Trade and Arbitration, given by the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law.
